The company has recently signed an agreement to merge with Luminar Technologies, Inc., wherein the combined company will be named Luminar Technologies, Inc. and will be listed on Nasdaq under the symbol -LAZR. Daimler Trucks and Torc Partner with Luminar: Luminar Technologies, Inc. announced a strategic partnership with Daimler Truck AG to enable highly automated trucking.
