5. Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)

We use Google Tag Manager ("GTM"), a tag management system, to deploy Google Analytics 4 ("GA4") on the Site. GTM itself is a container that loads other tags and does not, on its own, collect personal data or set tracking cookies — the cookies described below are set by GA4 once it is loaded through the GTM container. Additional measurement tags may be added to our GTM container from time to time; where that happens, we will update the table below.

GA4 is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). GA4 uses first-party cookies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous/pseudonymous form. This data is transmitted to and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Google's Data Processing Terms. We do not use GA4 to identify individual users, and IP addresses are truncated/anonymised by Google before storage where supported. We ask for your consent to GA4 via the cookie banner shown on your first visit to the Site, and no GA4 cookie is set unless you have granted Analytics consent.

Your choice is stored in the cookie_consent cookie and used to enable or disable the relevant Google Tag Manager tags and advertising tags accordingly.
