Securities Exchanges Guarantee Corporation (SEGC), which was incorporated in the year 1987, is a company limited by guarantee and the trustee of NGF (National Guarantee Fund). NGF is a compensation fund that is made available to meet certain claims arising from loss incurred by the investors trading on ASX.
