Pricing, Cancellation and Refund Policy

The user agrees to pay the price as notified at the time of placing the order, as well as any applicable taxes or processing fees charged by issuing bank/payment provider as per our pricing list available here. When you place an order, we will provide details of available payment methods and a secure (SSL encrypted) connection and require you to submit only the information needed to complete and fulfil your order. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are entitled to use those payment details for this purpose. If we do not receive payment authorisation or any authorisation is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to our Services. All fees are payable in advance to access the subscribed Services.

Kalkine can review and alter the prices for our subscription packages at any time. Any change to the prices will be displayed on our Website. Kalkine’s right to amend pricing relates to pricing listed on the Services and not to existing purchased subscriptions.

If you are a first-time subscriber and decide to cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of purchasing it, you will be entitled to a full refund of the subscription fees. An existing user/past subscriber of the service is not entitled to any refund within or after the 14 - day period as refunds are only available to first-time subscribers. Complaint Resolution

Kalkine is committed to providing a transparent and accessible service to everyone we deal with, and we hope to make your experience with us an excellent one. We will aim to resolve and provide a substantive response within three business days of receipt. If you're not happy with the response or you don't get an answer from the business, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
