New Health GLP-1 Clinic Generates £3.63 Million in October, Serving Nearly 20,000 New Customers
New Health (new.co.uk), MedPal's dedicated GLP-1 weight management clinic, generated revenue of £3.63 million in October 2026, a 33 per cent increase on September's £2.73 million, from more than 29,400 orders. The clinic has now served more than 53,000 customers since marketing began on 1 July 2026, adding almost 20,000 new customers in October alone. Based on a Novo Nordisk estimate referenced in the company's earlier announcement, this represents approximately 2.7 per cent of an estimated 2 million UK users of GLP-1 medicines for weight management. Forty-six per cent of customers whose 28-day re-order fell due in October placed a repeat order.
Repeat Order Revenue Up More Than Thirteen-Fold Since August as Acquisition-Cost-Free Income Builds
The most notable feature of October's trading update is the rapid scaling of repeat orders, which carry no customer acquisition cost and had an average order value approximately 23 per cent higher than first orders, according to the announcement. Repeat order revenue grew from approximately £0.1 million in August to £0.63 million in September and to £1.34 million in October. Combined with NHS prescription income and eMARx subscription revenue, recurring and repeat revenue reached approximately £1.8 million, representing 45 per cent of October's total Group revenue, up from approximately 33 per cent in September — a structural shift that investors may regard as significant for unit economics.
Juno AI Agent Handles 85 Per Cent of WhatsApp Conversations Without Human Involvement
MedPal's AI capabilities also featured prominently in the October update. The Group's AI agent, Juno — built on Anthropic's Claude — sent 91 per cent of New Health's WhatsApp replies during October, with 85 per cent of WhatsApp conversations handled without any human involvement. The company has simultaneously expanded its operational capacity, with New Health customer services and prescribing now running seven days a week, pharmacy dispensing operating six days, and Sunday delivery added. The expanded GLP-1 dispensing line at the Sarus Court facility in Runcorn is expected to open in late November 2026, increasing dispensing capacity to 14,000 orders per day.
