Bunzl plc (LSE:BNZL), the international distribution and services group, has announced the completion of four acquisitions, further extending its geographic footprint and product portfolio. The latest transactions include the acquisition of two new businesses and the closing of two deals previously announced earlier in 2025.

Recent Acquisitions

In July 2025, Bunzl finalised the acquisition of Quindesur, a Spanish distributor of foodservice and cleaning & hygiene products. The company has focus in Southern Spain and generated revenue of approximately €14 million (c.£12 million) in 2024. This addition complements Bunzl’s existing operations in Spain and enhances its regional capabilities within the Iberian market.

In August 2025, Bunzl completed the acquisition of Guantes Internacionales, S.A. de C.V. (Gisa), a personal protective equipment distributor based in Mexico. Gisa specialises in own-brand products, particularly gloves, and is expected to create opportunities for cross-selling with Bunzl’s existing businesses in the United States and Mexico. In 2024, the company generated revenue of MXN 399 million (c.£17 million).

Previously Announced Acquisitions

Bunzl also confirmed the completion of two earlier announced transactions. In July 2025, the Group closed the acquisition of Solupack, a Brazilian distributor of own-brand packaging solutions to the food industry. The acquisition had been announced on 24 June 2025 and is expected to boost Bunzl’s operations in the Brazilian food packaging sector.

In addition, Bunzl completed the acquisition of Hospitalia, one of Chile’s largest healthcare distributors, on 30 July 2025. The transaction had originally been announced on 30 April 2025 and represents a significant expansion of Bunzl’s healthcare distribution network in Latin America.

With the completion of these acquisitions, Bunzl continues to grow its presence in diverse markets across Europe and the Americas.
