THG PLC’s (LSE:THG) sports nutrition brand Myprotein has announced a new collaboration with global confectionery group Mars, introducing a Snickers-themed line of protein products. The partnership marks the latest addition to Myprotein’s growing roster of branded flavour collaborations and will extend the company’s reach across online and offline retail channels.
Myprotein Partners With Mars for Snickers-Inspired Protein Line
Myprotein, part of the THG Nutrition portfolio, has confirmed the release of new Snickers and Snickers White Impact Whey Protein on 20 November 2025. The products will be available on myprotein.com as well as major UK retail outlets. The release adds to Myprotein’s established catalogue of flavour collaborations, with additional Mars brand variants planned for future rollout.
New Protein Bars and Wider Distribution
As part of the agreement, Myprotein will also feature Mars branded protein bars across its online platforms. The addition provides customers with new formats and flavours while expanding the availability of Mars-inspired protein options in the growing performance nutrition category.
The collaboration supports Myprotein’s broader retail expansion strategy, which includes targeting global distribution of 45 million units through more than 40,000 retail doors by the end of 2025. The company continues to enhance its presence across both digital and physical sales channels as consumer demand for premium protein products rises.
Growing Network of Global Partnerships
Mars becomes the latest multinational partner to join Myprotein’s international collaboration network. The nutrition brand already works with Müller, Iceland, Chupa Chups, Vimto and Jimmy’s Coffee. These partnerships have enabled Myprotein to access new consumer segments and build presence in multiple lifestyle and nutrition markets.
The introduction of Snickers-inspired protein products aligns with the trend of combining familiar brand flavours with performance-focused formulations. Myprotein’s collaborative product lines have supported the company’s entry into new regions and retail categories while broadening its reach within the UK and internationally.
Context in the UK Market
The UK remains a key region for sports nutrition and online supplement sales. With more than 40% of supplement purchases occurring online, the market continues to shift toward digital-first consumer behaviour. Protein products represent one of the fastest-growing segments of the wider nutrition sector, supported by projected UK growth of a 7% CAGR between 2024 and 2029.
