Arrow Exploration Corp (LSE:AXL)  recorded an average production of 4,214 boe/d. This included 3,990 bbl/d of crude oil from Colombia, 1,306 Mcf/d of natural gas, and minor amounts of natural gas liquids. Production rose marginally from Q3 2024 and 12% higher than Q2 2025, supported by additional output from the Alberta Llanos field.

The company drilled two development wells in Carrizales Norte and an exploration well in Mateguafa Oeste. Post-period activities include drilling Mateguafa-5 and Mateguafa-6 wells and spudding the Mateguafa-7 horizontal well at the Mateguafa Attic field, expected to commence production by mid-December 2025. Preparations are also underway for the first exploratory well at the Icaco prospect in Q1 2026.

Financial Performance
Total oil and natural gas revenue for Q3 2025, net of royalties, was USD 18.54 million. Funds flow from operations reached USD 9.37 million, contributing to USD 25 million in year-to-date operating cash flows. Net income was USD 3.09 million for the quarter.

Despite a decline in realized crude oil and gas prices compared to Q3 2024, the company reported corporate operating netbacks of USD 35.72/boe. Capital expenditures during the quarter totaled USD 9.29 million, mainly related to drilling and site infrastructure in the Tapir block. The cash balance at September 30, 2025, was USD 6.37 million.

Operational Details
Production by property for Q3 2025 included 1,065 boe/d from Rio Cravo Este, 1,879 boe/d from Carrizales Norte, 943 boe/d from Alberta Llanos, and 103 boe/d from Oso Pardo. The company’s operating netbacks for crude oil were USD 38.21/bbl and for natural gas (USD 1.76)/Mcf.
