Informa PLC (LSE:INF) released its 10-month trading update for the period ending 31 October 2025, reporting underlying revenue growth of 6.6%, or 7.6% excluding the consolidation of TechTarget.

B2B Live Events Performance
The B2B Live Events segment, comprising Informa Markets, Connect, and Festivals, achieved sequential underlying revenue growth of 8.7%, compared with 8.5% at H1. Growth reflected structural market trends, continued leadership in IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa), and successful brand geo-adaptation.

Academic Markets Update
Underlying revenue in Academic Markets rose 3.0%, including non-recurring data licenses. The increase reflected ongoing demand for Open Research, Subscriptions, trusted content, and specialist data. Non-recurring data licenses are expected to unwind through the fourth quarter.

Informa TechTarget Revenue
TechTarget recorded a return in underlying revenue momentum, with 10-month revenues at -2.7%, compared with -4.3% at H1.

Full-Year Guidance
Informa reaffirmed full-year guidance with underlying revenue growth of 6%±, Group revenues of GBP 4bn±, and adjusted EPS growth of 10%+.

Outlook for 2026
Recurring visibility into 2026 includes subscriptions, pre-booked exhibitor revenues, and forward booked contracts, with over GBP 1bn booked or committed, supporting year-on-year pacing growth.

Share Buybacks and Capital Markets Day
The 2025 share buyback programme of GBP 350m continues, with GBP 315m of shares acquired year-to-date at an average price of 806p. Informa will host its 2025 Capital Markets Day on 17–18 November in Dubai, highlighting the IMEA business through presentations, technology demonstrations, and a tour of the Dubai Air Show.
