Rank Group Plc (LSE:RNK) has reported that its Spanish businesses, Enracha and Yo, were affected by a payment fraud, with the total loss estimated at approximately EUR 7.1 million.
The matter has been reported to the relevant law enforcement agencies. In addition, the Group is carrying out its own internal investigation with support from an external law firm to determine the circumstances and impact of the fraud.
Accounting Treatment of the Loss
Given the exceptional nature of the incident, Rank Group has stated that the financial impact will be treated as a Separately Disclosed Item in relation to the Group’s 2025/26 performance. This classification ensures the loss is highlighted separately from normal operational results.

Operational Context
Enracha and Yo form part of Rank Group’s Spanish business operations. While the fraud represents a material one-off financial impact, Rank Group has not indicated any immediate operational changes related to the incident.
