Rank Group Plc (LSE:RNK) has reported that its Spanish businesses, Enracha and Yo, were affected by a payment fraud, with the total loss estimated at approximately EUR 7.1 million.

The matter has been reported to the relevant law enforcement agencies. In addition, the Group is carrying out its own internal investigation with support from an external law firm to determine the circumstances and impact of the fraud.
