For the financial year 2024, Accesso Technology Group reported revenue of USD 152.2 million, an increase of 1.8 percent compared to USD 149.5 million in the prior year. Growth was primarily driven by the ticketing segment. Gross profit rose 4.2 percent to USD 119.0 million, supported by a higher volume of transactions processed within the ticketing business. Profit for the period increased to USD 9.0 million from USD 7.6 million in 2023, reflecting supportive sales volumes, improved operational efficiency, and reductions in non-cash expenses and exceptional items.

Business Update

On August 7, 2025, Accesso Technology Group announced a five-year extension of its partnership with Six Flags, effective January 1, 2026. The agreement covers the continued use of the Accesso Passport eCommerce ticketing platform across all 42 theme and water parks in the Six Flags portfolio in North America.

Company Outlook

Accesso Technology Group has stated that it will provide formal guidance for FY26 once market conditions become clearer, commercial progress is maintained, and ongoing negotiations with a major customer are concluded.
