Computacenter PLC (LSE: CCC) is a UK-based IT infrastructure and operations services company. It is listed on the FTSE 250 index.

In the financial year 2024 (FY24), the company’s net cash flow from operating activities rose 27.1% YoY to GBP 40.3 million, compared to GBP 31.7 million in FY23, driven by improved working capital discipline, including a GBP 151.0 million inflow from receivables/payables and GBP 100 million higher early customer payments versus FY23. Adjusted net funds increased 28.2% YoY to GBP 20.0 million, despite a GBP 200 million share buyback, supported by free cash generation of GBP 348.6 million. Profit for the year grew 40.5% YoY to GBP 5.2 million, aided by GBP 6.7 million in net finance income and a GBP 1.6 million tax credit on amortisation of acquired intangibles.

Business Update 
The company announced that its half-year results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 will be released on 9 September 2025.

Company Outlook 
The group enters FY25 with a significantly larger committed product order backlog compared to both FY23 and June 2024, positioning it to deliver early revenue growth across all regions. In particular, the region’s backlog grew nearly 300% YoY, driven by wins with hyperscale and enterprise customers, providing  foundation for sustained momentum in FY25. Planned capital expenditure of approximately GBP 35 million will focus on upgrading CRM and ERP systems, integration centers, and automation capabilities.

The top 10 shareholders of Computacenter together form ~55.80% of the total shareholding in the company. Jethou Holding Co Ltd and Hulme (Philip William) hold a maximum stake in the company at ~17.54% and ~7.69%, respectively.
