EBITDA increased slightly to USD 185.10 million from USD 183.90 million, a 0.7% yoy rise. Profit and comprehensive income for the period were USD 149.30 million, up 0.3% yoy from USD 148.80 million, aided by a flexible cost base and efficient marketing spend. Earnings per share improved 8% to USD 2.05.

Business Update

On 02 September 2025, Plus500 announced that it had secured a new clearing membership with ICE Clear Europe, part of the Intercontinental Exchange Group. The company stated that this development strengthens its futures business by expanding clearing services into new territories and across multiple asset classes.

Outlook

The company expects results to remain in line with current market expectations, supported by more than 100% growth in customer deposits and sustained client activity. The US futures business is projected to generate over USD 100 million in revenue in FY 2025, aided by the new ICE Clear US membership and increasing engagement from both B2B and B2C clients.
