In the financial year 2024 (FY24), MACF reported a 3.7% year-over-year revenue dip to GBP 270.43 million, due to price deflation and weaker demand, partially offset by the acquisition of Gottlieb and Allpack. Operating profit surged 6.9% to GBP 23.59 million, driven by cost control measures and the net positive impact of changes in deferred contingent consideration. Profit for the year rose modestly by 3.7%, supported by lower finance charges and effective margin management across segments despite external deflationary pressures during FY24.

The company has announced a 12-month share buyback programme valued at up to GBP 4 million, to be carried out in four quarterly tranches of up to GBP 1 million each, starting on 2 June 2025.
