In the first half of the financial year 2025 (1HFY25), FAN reported 8.9% YoY increase in its revenue, from GBP 172.50 million in H1FY24 to GBP 187.80 million in H1FY25, despite some adverse effects from foreign exchange translation.

The company also demonstrated impressive profitability, with adjusted operating profit rising by 10.4% YoY to GBP 42.60 million, up from GBP 38.60 million in the same period last year.

Adjusted basic earnings per share (EPS) saw a notable increase of 11.7%, from 13.70 pence in H1FY24 to 15.30 pence in H1FY25.

In terms of shareholder returns, FAN announced a 21.4% increase in its interim dividend, raising it from 2.80 pence per share to 3.40 pence per share. The interim dividend is slated to be paid on 6 May 2025, with the ex-dividend date set for 27 March 2025.
