(Reuters) - Australia's Dexus said on Thursday it filed a case against the board of Australia Pacific Airports Corporation (APAC) contesting a notice it received last week that alleged breach of confidentiality agreements related to its 27% stake in the Melbourne Airport. Dexus said the court hearing is scheduled for August 11-12. The dispute revolves around Dexus' appointment in 2024 by certain Dexus Bloc shareholders to manage the sale process of their stakes. The company may be forced to sell its stake in the Melbourne Airport if the allegations are upheld. Dexus holds its 27% stake through Dexus Bloc in APAC, the owner of Melbourne and Launceston airports, with Dexus serving as the manager.
