Change of Company name and TIDM code

As Hazel Capital LLP has been fully integrated into Gresham House plc, the Board and the Investment Adviser considered it appropriate to recommend to Shareholders that the name of the Company be changed accordingly. Resolution 7, to change the name of the Company was therefore put to Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, held on 6 March 2019 at 12:20 p.m.

The Board is pleased to confirm that the appropriate resolution was passed unanimously and, as such, the name of the Company has now been changed to:

In addition, the Board felt it appropriate to change the TIDM (Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic) codes for the Company’s Shares, such that they are aligned with the new Company name. As such, the TIDM codes of the Company will be changed, with effect from 8 March 2019, as follows:

The existing ISIN and SEDOL numbers of the Company will remain unchanged.

The change of the name of the Company will not affect the rights of Shareholders.

The Company will not be issuing new Share certificates in respect of existing Ordinary and A Shares held in certificated form.  Shareholders should retain their existing Share certificates, which will remain valid.
