Scrip Dividend Scheme – Scrip Calculation Price

The Board has recommended a Final Dividend of 19.1 pence per share (to be paid entirely as a Property Income Distribution) to shareholders and the Scrip Dividend Scheme will be offered in respect of this payment, subject to shareholder approval at the 2024 AGM.

The Scrip Calculation Price which will be used in determining the number of New Ordinary Shares is 851.64 pence. It has been determined by the average of the closing middle market quotations of the Company’s ordinary shares as derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List over the five dealing days commencing on and including the ex-dividend date of 14 March 2024.

The application deadline for applying for the Scrip Dividend Scheme is 5.00 pm (London time) on 12 April 2024.
