Pulsar Group Plc (AIM: PULS), a UK-based SaaS provider to the marketing and communications sector, has secured a significant contract expansion with one of the world’s largest advertising and marketing holding companies. The agreement transitions Pulsar’s services from individual agency use to a group-wide deployment across the client's global operations.
Over the past three years, Pulsar has worked with several agencies under the holding company’s umbrella, steadily increasing its annual recurring revenue from those engagements. The new agreement marks a shift in the client relationship by consolidating multiple workflows under a single software platform, replacing various legacy systems previously used across different regions.
The expanded deal increases the customer's annual recurring spend with Pulsar by over 150%, reaching US$2.2 million. The total expected value of the contract is projected at US$6.6 million over its full term. This development enables the client to standardise its technology stack across its network, simplifying data handling, collaboration, and reporting across different geographies.
Pulsar’s platform will serve as a unified solution for campaign planning, audience analytics, and content tracking, among other functionalities. The agreement also highlights a wider industry trend toward vendor consolidation and digital workflow integration across large enterprise networks.
This contract follows feedback from individual agencies that had previously adopted Pulsar’s tools and signals a strategic move by the client to unify its marketing technology infrastructure. While the broader impact of this deal on Pulsar’s long-term growth will unfold over time, the immediate financial implications are material in terms of recurring revenue and enterprise validation.
Joanna Arnold, Global CEO of Pulsar Group, acknowledged the scale of the agreement and noted it builds on prior success with the client. The deal aligns with Pulsar’s current operational focus on expanding platform usage within multinational organisations.
