For the third quarter of 2025 (3Q 2025), SoundHound AI reported revenue of USD 42.0 million, representing a 68% increase compared to the same period last year. GAAP gross margin was 42.6%, while non-GAAP gross margin reached 59.3%. GAAP net loss for the quarter was USD 109.3 million, whereas non-GAAP net loss was USD 13.0 million. Adjusted EBITDA showed a loss of USD 14.5 million. GAAP earnings per share stood at a loss of USD 0.27, and non-GAAP earnings per share was a loss of USD 0.03.

Innovation in Agentic AI and Voice Commerce
SoundHound continues to advance its Agentic AI platform, releasing the Amelia 7.3 update that incorporates Speech-to-Meaning® technology for more natural, low-latency voice interactions.
