Conclusion

The Company is not able to estimate its results of operations, financial condition, or liquidity for FY21, due to the evolution of the Covid-19 outbreak. As lockdown eased, the trading performance continued to improve and put the Company in a better position to handle the COVID-19 uncertainty. However, the external environment remained challenging. Further, it operates in a challenging environment which requires continuous investment, sometimes at the cost of profitability, to stay ahead of competitors.
