• Omicron Impact: The Company got adversely impacted by Omicron and recent macro conditions, which resulted in a slower-than-anticipated growth.
• Impressive Top-Line Guidance: KGH expects to report revenue of £126 million for the year ending 30 April 2022, representing year-on-year growth of approximately 22%. Meanwhile, the Company anticipates organic growth of approximately 5% during FY23.
• Robust Cash Conversion: The cash conversion remained robust with a strong day-to-day cash collection across the Group.
• Decline in Profitability: KGH expects to report an underlying PBT of £18 million for FY22. In comparison, it reported an underlying PBT of £18.40 million for FY21.
