FCA Investigation: On 27 June 2022, WISE updated that HMRC has commenced an investigation into Chief Executive Officer (Kristo Kaarmann) almost a year after he was fined for deliberately defaulting on his taxes.

FY22 Financial Highlights (for the twelve months ended 31 March 2022, as on 28 June 2022)

• Top-Line Business: The Company’s top-line revenue rose by around 33% driven by increased volumes.
• Free Cash Flow: WISE’s free cash flow remained healthy as it had increased 9% year-on-year to £113.3 million during FY22.
• Reduction in EBITDA: The adjusted EBITDA margin has declined from 25.8% in FY21 to 21.7% for FY22 because of the expansion plans.
• Volume Growth: The Company has transferred over £76 billion for our customers in FY22, an increase of around 40% when compared with FY21 levels.
