Sage Business Cloud delivered 13% growth to £1,538m, supported by 22% growth in cloud-native revenue to £645m, reflecting ongoing expansion from both new and existing customers.
  • Recurring revenue resilience and strategic momentum – Recurring revenue increased 10% to £1,805m, while subscription revenue advanced 11% to £1,549m, lifting subscription penetration to 83%. Q3 revenue rose 9% to £620m, and management reaffirmed full-year guidance, underpinned by continued adoption of AI-powered cloud solutions and an expanding product footprint.
  • Cloud-led mix improving quality of growth – Sage Business Cloud revenue increased 13% to £1,020m, with cloud-native up 22% to £425m. Subscription revenue advanced 12% to £1,031m, taking subscription penetration to 83% and recurring revenue to 97% of Group revenue, indicating higher visibility and durability of earnings.
  • Cash generation and balance sheet support capital returns – Underlying cash conversion of 115% and £1.2bn of cash and available liquidity, with net debt/underlying EBITDA at 1.5x. The 7% dividend uplift to 7.45p and the buyback extension (up to £200m) indicate capacity to return capital while maintaining investment in AI-led innovation (e.g., Sage Copilot availability across key products).
