Company Overview:

GCM Resources PLC (LSEGCM) is an FTSE AIM All Share listed, United Kingdom based mining and energy company focused on developing the Phulbari Coal and Power Project in northwest Bangladesh. The project is situated in the Dinajpur District, approximately 350 kilometers from Dhaka and 10 kilometers from the Indian border.

This Report covers the Price Action, Technical Indicators Analysis along with the Support Levels, Resistance Levels, and Recommendations on this stock.

Fundamental Highlights:

GCM Resources plc announced its 2025 results, highlighting Bangladesh's political shift and an interim government's recognition of domestic coal development as critical for energy security. The company's Phulbari project is positioned as the most advanced solution, with updated economics and key partnerships in place. GCM awaits final government approval post-elections to begin implementation, aiming to reduce the nation's costly reliance on imported coal.

GCM Technical Observation:

GCM Resources PLC (LSE: GCM) is trading at GBX 6.01 after a steep decline, but the recent candlestick pattern shows some signs of price consolidation, which may hint at near-term exhaustion in selling pressure. The RSI stands at 48.40, placing the stock deep in better territory to entry, suggesting potential for a technical rebound if sentiment improves. While the downtrend remains dominant, any sustained move above GBX 6.67 could open the door for a relief rally toward the GBX 6.91. Near-term support is seen around GBX 5.53, and a bullish divergence in RSI could further validate recovery chances in the sessions ahead.

GCM Daily Chart

As per the above-mentioned price action and technical indicators analysis, a ‘Speculative Buy’ rating has been given on GCM Resources PLC (LSE: GCM) at the Current Market Price of GBX 6.01, as of December 10, 2025, 09:33 AM, GMT.
