1. Exit Case: Babcock International Group PLC

Babcock International Group PLC (LSE: BAB) is an FTSE 250 index-listed British engineering entity involved in the construction and decommissions of nuclear power plants and submarines. The Company provides a range of products and service solutions to enhance its customers’ defence capabilities and critical assets. It operates in four segments: Marine, Nuclear, Land, and Aviation.

BAB has been a part of the ‘Growth Model Portfolio’ since 17 October 2024, however, considering the recent rally, trading above resistance levels in the stock, support & resistance levels, and ~25.67% upside from the entry price, an ‘Exit’ is recommended from the stock near the resistance of GBX 610.50, (as of closing market price on 13th February 2025).

Babcock International Group PLC (LSE: BAB) is a part of Kalkine’s Growth Model Portfolio, which has breached its resistance level around which an exit case emerges.

2. New Entry Case: Rank Group PLC (LSE: RNK)

Rank Group PLC (LSE: RNK) is a United Kingdom-based international gaming company operating through venues and online channels. The Company operates gaming services in Great Britain (including the Channel Islands), Spain and India..

Technical Analysis: On the daily chart, Rank Group's stock is trading at GBX 87.60, experiencing a slight pullback but maintaining a generally upward trajectory. The RSI at 53.24 suggests neutral momentum, with room for further upside if buying interest returns. The stock has been forming higher lows since August, indicating underlying strength. A move above GBX 98.00 could confirm a bullish breakout, while support at GBX 78.20 remains key for sustaining the trend. Overall, the technical outlook leans positive, provided the stock holds above key support levels. The key support for the stock is at GBX 69.15, while the critical resistance level is at GBX 98.20.

Considering the above mentioned factors, technical analysis, support & resistance levels, key risks and outlook an ‘Entry’ is recommended in the ‘Growth Model Portfolio’ at the closing market price of GBX 87.60, as on (13th February 2025).

Rank Group PLC (LSE: RNK) has been identified as the new entry to our Growth Model Portfolio.
