The MAX Airlines -3X Inverse Leveraged ETNs (NYSE Arca: JETD) seek daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to approximately 300% of the inverse (-3x) of the daily performance of the Prime Airlines Index. The exchange-traded note (ETN) is designed to provide traders with amplified bearish exposure to the global airline industry, allowing investors to potentially benefit from short-term declines in airline stocks driven by weaker travel demand, rising fuel prices, economic slowdowns, geopolitical uncertainty, or disruptions affecting the aviation sector.

The Prime Airlines Index tracks a diversified basket of publicly traded airline companies, including major U.S. and international carriers. Constituents typically include leading passenger airlines and aviation companies such as Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Alaska Air Group, Ryanair, Lufthansa, Air France-KLM, International Consolidated Airlines Group (IAG), and other major global airline operators. The index reflects the performance of companies whose revenues are closely tied to passenger traffic, cargo transportation, tourism demand, and global economic activity.
