AGM Trading Update (Released on 17 May 2023)

• Operational Highlights: The company reported improved performance in 2023 as on YTD, which reported growth across the three segments. Also, the business in the UK started on a positive note in 2023, and the European business which witnessed an improved performance in H2 FY22, also continued in 2023 till YTD on account of various product launches.
• Dividend Declaration: The management proposed a final dividend of GBX 10.00 per share as compared to the final dividend of GBX 8.80 per share in FY21. This brings the total dividend of GBX 15.00 per share in FY22 as compared to the total dividend of GBX 13.20 per share in FY21.
• Liquidity: The group reported higher net cash of GBP 101.3 mn as of 30 April 2023 when measured against GBP 54.0 mn in pcp.
• Outlook: The management is optimistic about the company's prospects as the current trading momentum is picking up in 2023. Further, the adjusted EBITDA and adjusted EPS are expected to be as per the market estimated for FY23.
