• Announcement of £500 million funding partnership: On 03 July 2023, the Company has announced a £500 million investment from Chetwood Financial Limited. This funding will support the scaling of its BTL and residential mortgage products.
• Sale of Buy-to-Let Residential Mortgage Portfolio: On 30 May 2023, LINV has announced the sale of a portfolio of Buy-to-Let residential mortgages portfolio to Chetwood Financial Limited for a cash consideration of £243 million.
• Partnership with Wells Fargo: On 28 April 2023, LINV has announced the partnership with Wells Fargo to diversify its funding sources and further expand the buy-to-let business.
