Conclusion
Despite a humongous rally in the stock price over the past couple of months, one should take a cautious stance before creating their long position in the group. Loss in the first half of FY19 has widened from £39,540 recorded in the H1 FY18 to £122,741 in H1 FY19, cash outflows at the operating level have been expanded to almost three-fold from the outflows recorded in the H1 FY18.
Its shares are highly illiquid as past volume data indicates, and on a couple of days, there was no volume in the stock traded on the LSE. Therefore, based on the unfavourable financial parameters, we have given an "Avoid" recommendation at the closing price of GBX 1.95 (as on June 14, 2019).
