Key Risks
Growing uncertainties around the Brexit entail the key risk for the company as a major share of the group’s revenue comes from the UK only. So, in a no-deal Brexit scenario or any disorderly Brexit, River and Mercantile Group PLC can be impacted significantly because of devaluation in the value of the sterling pound against the major currencies.
