Recent Financial Performance
In fiscal year 2024 (FY24), Gamma delivered 11% revenue growth to £579.4 million, and a 12% rise in gross profit to £300.3 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 10% to £125.5 million, with organic growth also making a meaningful contribution: 5% revenue growth, 6% gross profit, and 6% EBITDA. Net profit before tax jumped by 34% to £95.6 million, aided in part by lower exceptional costs compared to the prior year, while adjusted PBT climbed 14% to £111.9 million.
Importantly, Gamma’s earnings stability is reinforced by a high level of recurring revenue, which stood at £516.6 million in FY24—comprising 89% of total revenue. This reflects a significant pipeline of contract renewals and long-term service agreements.
Furthermore, Gamma’s strategic partnership with Clear Business, announced in June 2025, marks a pivotal expansion initiative. Under this collaboration, Gamma will offer a fully managed connectivity and voice service under the Clear Business brand, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The model enables Gamma to deliver enterprise-grade communication solutions to SMEs, leveraging Clear Business’s established market reach and customer-centric approach.
Further enhancing shareholder value, Gamma declared a final dividend of 13.0p, with the ex-dividend date on 29 May 2025 and payment scheduled for 19 June 2025.
Overall, Gamma Communications continues to attract favourable analyst sentiment.
