Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (LSE:BKS) has received a Buy rating from Canaccord Genuity, with the analyst assigning a target price of GBX 335. The rating comes amid a period of continued commercial activity for the cloud computing and connectivity provider, which has announced multiple contract wins and extensions during December 2025 across its Exchange Cloud, Proximity Cloud, and Private Cloud platforms.

Exchange Cloud Agreement with nuam

On 15 December 2025, Beeks announced that it had signed a multi-year Exchange Cloud contract with nuam, the regional holding company integrating the stock exchanges of Santiago, Colombia, and Lima. nuam operates as a unified market infrastructure across Chile, Peru, and Colombia, marking the first multi-country integrated exchange in Latin America.

Under the revenue share agreement, Beeks will deploy its Exchange Cloud infrastructure to support both domestic and international clients onboarding to the trading ecosystems across all three markets. The service is expected to go live in the third quarter of FY26, with revenue recognition commencing shortly thereafter. The agreement represents the seventh exchange to adopt Beeks’ Exchange Cloud offering.

Continued Momentum Across Proximity Cloud

Earlier in December, Beeks reported additional sales momentum within its Proximity Cloud platform. On 8 December 2025, the company announced a five-year contract with a major South African bank, with an aggregate contract value of approximately GBP 1.9 million over the term, alongside potential expansion opportunities.

The bank is deploying Proximity Cloud infrastructure in two London locations in addition to its existing use of Johannesburg Stock Exchange colocation services delivered through Beeks’ Exchange Cloud. During the same period, Beeks confirmed a further GBP 2 million extension to an existing Proximity Cloud contract with a large foreign exchange broker, increasing the total contract value to GBP 6 million over five years.

Private Cloud and Additional Contract Wins

On 3 December 2025, Beeks announced two additional contract wins that are expected to contribute revenue from the second half of FY26. These included a three-year Private Cloud contract with a major Canadian bank, valued at USD 1.5 million, and an earlier GBP 2 million Proximity Cloud extension with the same FX broker later expanded during the month.

The Private Cloud platform provides dedicated cloud infrastructure within a client-selected data centre, while Proximity Cloud offers low-latency, client-owned trading environments deployed globally.
