Alumasc Group PLC (LSE:ALU) is a UK-based manufacturer and supplier of sustainable building products, solutions and systems. In the first half of the financial year 2025 (H1 FY25), Alumasc reported a 20.1% YoY increase in revenue, rising from GBP 47.8 million in the prior year to GBP 57.4 million. Statutory profit before tax for the period rose by 16.1% to GBP 6.5 million, compared to GBP 5.6 million in H1 FY24. More notably, underlying profit before tax reached a record GBP 7.5 million.

During the reported period, the company witnessed an organic growth across all three business segments.

Alumasc declared an interim dividend of 3.5 pence per share, slightly higher than last year’s 3.45 pence. The dividend was paid on 8 April 2025, with an ex-dividend date of 20 February 2025.

Recent Business Development

In a significant operational development, the company has opened its upgraded Wade/Gatic manufacturing facility in Halstead, Essex, following a GBP3 million investment in infrastructure and machinery. The revamped facility will now serve as the central hub for both Gatic and Wade drainage products, boosting efficiency, sustainability, and product innovation. UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly MP commended the move, describing it as a win for local manufacturing and economic development.

Looking ahead, the group states that it is  well-positioned to sustain its growth trajectory in the second half of FY25, driven by a commitment to innovation, market diversification, and sustainable manufacturing.
