For the third quarter of fiscal year 2025 (Q3FY25), BGEO reported net interest income of GEL 776.30 million, up from GEL 641.03 million in Q3 FY24, a year‑on‑year increase of 21.1%. Operating income rose to GEL 1,084.17 million from GEL 937.66 million, while profit for the period increased to GEL 547.19 million from GEL 509.25 million, a year‑on‑year rise of 7.5%.

The company noted that all key financial metrics were higher on a year‑on‑year basis, with net interest income showing 21% growth and contributing to the overall profit increase of 7.5%.

 Company Outlook

On the outlook front, the company highlighted GDP forecasts of 7.5% for Georgia and 5.0% for Armenia as a supportive macroeconomic backdrop for ongoing loan and deposit growth. The company reported digital monthly active user penetration in Armenia at 10%, compared with 45% in Georgia, indicating scope for user growth and potential for expanded cross-selling of digital financial services.

The group is targeting approximately 15% loan growth and a return on average equity above 20%, together with a payout ratio in the 30–50% range, aiming for sustained returns on equity and ongoing capital distribution.
