In the financial year 2025 (FY25), the company’s revenue increased by 4.5% YoY to GBP 231.10 million, supported by contributions from recent acquisitions, Clearly Drinks and Typhoo Tea, which added a combined GBP 25.0 million. Gross profit rose by 16.1% YoY to GBP 73.70 million, driven by manufacturing efficiencies, reduced reliance on lower-margin disposable vape sales, and the inclusion of higher-margin operations from Clearly Drinks. Profit after tax increased by 4.9% YoY to GBP 23.50 million, supported by margin expansion and lower finance costs of GBP 1.6 million.

SUP declared a final dividend of GBX 3.4 per share, bringing the total FY25 dividend to GBX 5.2, subject to approval, with payment scheduled for 23 September 2025.
