The growth was supported by higher consultancy activity and an expanded pool of fee-earning consultants, which rose to 147 from 116 in the prior year. Gross profit increased to GBP 6.1 million from GBP 2.8 million in prior year (117.9% yoy), reflecting improved consultant utilisation, efficient cost management, and higher-value project wins. Profit after tax stood at GBP 1.7 million, compared to a loss of GBP 1.0 million in FY2024, aided by stronger margins, disciplined costs, and a tax credit of GBP 0.2 million.

On 16 June 2025, management announced a final dividend of GBX 4.00 per share, payable to shareholders on 1 September 2025.
Company Outlook
The company enters FY26 with a substantial contract renewal at OPSS and ongoing projects across multiple departments, providing a solid base of secured revenue.
