 Business Outlook

The Company ended FY21 with top-line revenue ahead of the guidance provided at the H1 FY21 Results in September 2021. Moreover, FEVR had estimated revenue to remain between £355 million and £365 million in FY22 and margins to remain broadly flat in 2022. FEVR expects FY22 EBITDA ranging from £69 million to £72 million. The off-trade demand is expected to remain at higher levels, positively driven by the support from retailers and spirits companies. Overall, the Company remained well-equipped to generate consistent returns for the shareholders with the ability to capitalise on the substantial global opportunity.

Please note markets are trading in a highly volatile zone currently due to certain macro-economic and geopolitical tensions prevailing. Therefore, it is prudent to follow a cautious approach while investing.
