Business Outlook
PHNX has prioritised the delivery of cash, resilience, and growth. Moreover, PHNX has set two new cash generation targets of one-year target range of £1.3 to £1.4 billion for 2022 and a three-year target of £4.0 billion from 2022 to 2024. The Company aims to reinvest surplus cash into Open business and M&A to support future dividend increases. Furthermore, PHNX has a strong Solvency II surplus to manage the key individual risk sensitivities.
