Recent Financial and Business Updates:

• In the third quarter, Lucid reported revenue of USD137.8 million, primarily attributed to the delivery of 1,457 vehicles during this period. Production of the Lucid Air Pure RWD commenced in September and is currently in the process of scaling up. Simultaneously, production of the Lucid Air Sapphire was also initiated in September, marking the completion of the Lucid Air lineup.
• The general assembly production has transitioned to Phase 2 of Lucid's manufacturing facility in Arizona. Notably, Lucid achieved a significant milestone by inaugurating its inaugural manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, the closure of the Aston Martin transaction was successfully executed during this quarter, initiating the strategic technology arrangement.
• In an organizational development, Lucid has appointed Marc Winterhoff as its inaugural Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Winterhoff will oversee daily operations and execution across various facets, including global manufacturing, supply chain, sales and service, marketing, and international markets.
• The unveiling of Lucid Gravity, the company's new luxury electric SUV, is scheduled for November 16 at the LA Auto Show, with production set to commence in late 2024.
• However, the production outlook for 2023 has been revised to a range of 8,000 to 8,500 vehicles, reflecting a prudent adjustment from the previous guidance of over 10,000 vehicles to align cautiously with the anticipated delivery figures.
